TULLOW RESUMES DRILLING IN GHANA
Tullow Ghana and its partners have announced the resumption of drilling activities in the Jubilee Field, signaling renewed investment and confidence in Ghana’s energy sector. (Source: Tullow Gallery) The two-year drilling campaign, set to commence in May, aims to enhance oil output and improve operational performance at one of West Africa’s key oil-producing fields. This initiative follows the completion of Tullow’s previous four-year drilling programme in December 2024, which delivered 18 wells—six months ahead of schedule and under budget. That project was recognized for its strong safety record, efficiency, and cost discipline. The new drilling effort will be implemented in stages, starting in May 2025, with additional operations planned for November and continuing through 2026.
