DIESEL AND LPG PRICES TO REDUCE BEGINNING TODAY-COPEC

The Chamber of Petroleum Consumers has announced that starting today, January 16, 2023, diesel and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) prices are expected to decrease. This is attributed to a global market decline in finished product prices, despite a slight depreciation of the cedi in the past two weeks. source:Google  The price of petrol, however, is anticipated to remain unchanged. COPEC predicts an average petrol price of GH¢11.71 per litre, diesel at GH¢12.13 per litre, and LPG at GH¢12.30 per kilogram. At the start of 2024, there was a reduction in the prices of domestic petroleum products.  Petrol averaged GH¢11.80, diesel was priced at GH¢12.25, and LPG was available at GH¢13 per kilogram. Notably, Star Oil and Zen Petroleum were among the Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) offering lower fuel prices.
